Notes              : Scored possibly the goal of the tournament in the opening game of the World U/17 Championships against Croatia. He dribbled sixty yards past three defenders and chipped the goalkeeper. His impressive displays throughout the tournament led to a trial in November 2001 with Italian side Piacenza. He later had trials at Manchester United and Middlesbrough in 2002. He was injured in a car crash early in 2002. He eventually returned to action and from St Benedict's College he joined Joe Public.
