Notes              : After playing two games for Swiss side Young Boys Berne at the age of sixteen and scoring one goal, Vonlanthen won a trial with PSV Eindhoven. The Swiss U/21 international was soon signed by the large Dutch club. Vonlanthen scored on his first full international start in the 2004 European Championships. He became the youngest ever goalscorer in the tournament at 18 years, 4 months and 20 days.
