Notes              : Broke into the Motherwell first team in 2001/02. An impressive runs of eight goals in thirteen games culminated in McFadden being awarded the Bank of Scotland Young Player of the Month for January 2002. He finished with ten goals in 2001/02 and in 2002/03 he improved to score thirteen goals. Made his full international debut against South Africa in May 2002.
