Notes              : Made a handful of appearances at the end of 2000/01 before breaking his foot early in the next season. Made an impact early in 2002 winning the Player of the Month award for the Scottish Premier League in March 2002 after four goals in four games. The Young Player of the Month for March, Stephen Crainey, was two years older than O'Connor. This good form cemented O'Connor's place in the first team and won him a call-up to the full Scottish national side in April 2002. O'Connor finished with nine goals in nineteen matches for 2001/02. He scored seven goals in the league in 2002/03.
