Notes              : Portuguese youth international who scored three goals to finish as equal top goalscorer as he helped Portugal win the 2001 Toulon tournament. Small, quick striker who scored 33 goals to help Sporting win the U/16 league title in 1998/99. He was then promoted to the Sporting B side before a loan spell at Bristol City in the English lower divisions. He impressed there but returned to Sporting to try and win a first team spot over the next few years.
