Notes              : After two appearances for Levski Sofia in 2001/02 and starring for their youth team Makriev moved to their rivals CSKA Sofia in the middle of 2002. However instead of playing for CSKA he immediately moved to Internazionale in Italy, as they had close ties to CSKA.
