Notes              : Whilst on loan to Milan from Italian second division side Treviso he helped them win the Viareggio youth tournament in 2001 scoring a goal in the final. This attracted attention from all the large Italian clubs but Milan quickly snapped him up for £1m. He should be a good defender in the future. Scored a goal for AC Milan in the 2001/02 UEFA Cup and made his international debut in 2001.  Went on loan to Galatasaray for 2002/03.
