Cesar Cuellar

Notes: In his first year in 2000 he was top scorer in a Connecticut team that won the Division 1 title. He was named Freshman of the Year for the Big East. He had previously helped lead St. Benedict's Prep School to the NHSCAA National Championship title in 1998. Cuellar is originally, from Santa Cruz, Bolivia where he has been at the Tahuichi Soccer School .
