Notes              : Was joint top goalscorer for the Australian team at the Oceania qualifiers for the World U/17 Championships in 2001. He shared this honour with teammate Terry Smith who both scored 10 goals. Has an Aboriginal background and grew up in South Australia. He has subsequently joined Sydney based National Soccer League side, the Olympic Sharks. He is a good free kick taker. Scored one goal to help Australia reach the quarter-finals of the World U/17 Championships. He was  named Junior Sportsman of the Year for 2001 by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission. In his first season in 2001/02 Agius scored one goal in four games but then left the club in mysterious circumstances near the end of the season. After struggling to settle in New South Wales he disappeared despite being named in the Olympic Sharks squad for the finals series. This led to his contract being torn up with Agius returning to South Australia. The club was unawares of where Agius was until January 2003 when Agius expressed interest in returning to soccer with the Wollongong Wolves.
