Notes              : Tall, quick left-footed player who has an Uruguayan background but chose to represent Australia. He was a graduate of the Australian Institute of Sport and joined Marconi, where he showed good skills leading to comparisons with Harry Kewell. Was at one stage contacted by Uruguayan agents who wanted him to move to and represent Uruguay. Australian youth international who scored one goal in seventeen appearances for Marconi in 2001/02. He improved his record with nine goals in twenty-one appearances in 2002/03, which resulted in Brosque being awarded the the U/21 Player of the Year award for the NSL.
