Notes              : Became the youngest foreign player ever to play in Serie A at the age of fifteen in January 2002, coming off the bench for Lecce against Brescia. Only four players have ever played at a younger age in Serie A. He joined Lecce at thirteen from Maltese side Pieta Hotspurs. He scored thirty-seven goals for the youth team in his first season. He was eligible for Italy but decided to play for Bulgaria.
