Notes              : Was the main reason for the solitary African win at the 2001 Meridian Cup with a series of brilliant saves against Italy which led to a 1-0 win for Nigeria. He was also an important player as Nigeria won the African U/17 Championships 2001 to qualify for the World U/17 Championships later on in the same year. Last minute injuries prevented him from playing in the 2001 World U/17 Championships.
